First of all will start with positives. Despite of snowy day (rare in Atlanta), movers still showed up on time and completed the move



During the move dresser glass top was cracked. Despite of repeated emails and phone calls, there was no follow up from the this branch. Finally after two weeks office manager Matt called and first sentence 'you said everything was fine on the day of move'. No concern on the damage caused but putting blame on me. We did not notice the damage on day of move but reported within time frame of contract. I send pictures, asking to take the old broken glass so they can get one cut to size. No response. Finally used the pressure of disputing the charge with credit company and I receive call in 1 minute, with office manager Matt yelling at me. WORST customer service from this franchise



Would not recommend with this terrible experience with office manager. No concept of customer service and will try to bully you in case of any issues with the move.

Do not use this company!!!!!!!!!

The movers gashed a hole in my wall while moving a treadmil, they told me because it was diffucult to move they would not cover the damage. When I called the manager at the office he refused to cover any of the cost.



One of the movers kept going to the restroom to make phone calls while the others were working. They did not put down runners over the hardwood floors, very unprofessional.



Never use this company.
