I went to the Wash today to give them a try and see how they do. When I went in, I had a one dollar bill in my ash tray. When they were finished with my car and I left, my one dollar bill was gone. I called back to speak to the manager, only to be questioned by the lady who answered the phone who said the manager was too busy to speak with a customer. I left my name and number and Zack called me back 45 minutes later. I explained what had happened, and did not receive an apoligy. All he said was thanks for letting me know. I will not go back and I will tell my friends to make sure they keep their money in thier pockets if they go there.

This place is awful. The management is worthless. Don't pay this guy money to be a prick.

This is the only place I get my car washed now. They are fast, friendly and reasonably-priced!

I have been a customer at The Wash for 3 years. A couple of months ago my antennae was broken when one of the attendants was removing it. The manager, Zac Lyle, was extrememly professional and had no problem in obtaining a replacement and installing it for me the next day. Great car wash and friendly people from my experiences.

Do not go there!!! Their machine pulled the side light off of my car and then chewed it up. Then when I asked the manager politely to either reimburse my broke light or simply refund my wash to show good will, he laughed and told me that private property is not his problem and walked off mid sentence with me. He wouldn't talk to me anymore about it. I called the cops and filed a report and will take him to small claims court, but this could have all been avoided if he had either been polite or even offered to reimburse the part of my car which he broke in the first place...



DO NOT EVER GET YOUR CAR WASHED HERE!!!

This car wash is worth every penny. They made my car spotless inside and out.
