This property is beautiful and is well kept. The staff is always helpful and professional (way better staff than previous years). I have met many new friends living here that also attend Kennesaw State. This place is fun and love my roommates.

Very stupid place , management sucks barely any spot for guests always towing . $150 get your car back

If you really want a nice, safe apartment for you're college student or yourself, I would advise you to look elsewhere. The statement above about West 22 is totally false! The management has changed several times and this place has gone downhill. The management now has a do not care attitude IF YOU CAN EVER REACH Them! This place is relatively new, about 2 years old. The elevators are broken more than they work. Trash piles up in the breeze ways but West 22 supposedly offers the "amenity of valet service". I assume the flies & bugs swarming around the apartment doors are an extra amenity as well. The after hours number is a total joke. No one calls you back when you really need them unless you are one of the office staff or a good friend of theirs. Parking is a LUXURY. Your student will have to park several buildings over from their apartment and walk by themselves late at night, in the total darkness, after work to get to their own door. As far as the statement to parents on West 22's website, most of it is FALSE ADVERTISING. West 22 is NOT available for any emergency 24/7!!! They are NOT quality student housing. They do not provide "360 Degree Service"! They do NOT "Carefully help match roommates". They place "roommates" with total opposite personalities. They do NOT tell you that roommates can SUB-LEASE to most anyone, unless it is in the mice type now. Your student can have potentially really bad roommates. West 22 places FRESHMEN with SENIORS who are over 21 years old!!! That is a huge disaster waiting to happen - your student CAN and most likely WILL be arrested if there is alcohol in the apartment. YOU are responsible for the safety of your student, YOU will have to step in and take action if there are any problems. West 22 allows ANY one in your students apartment at all hours WITHOUT notice and WITHOUT ID. Contacting the management and the corporate management does not help in anyway. They claim to care, but I guarantee you, as soon as you sign the lease - they change just like Jekle and Hyde. West 22 only cares about the money, and the high percentage of occupancy, period.

When I first went with my daughter to look at this place we both were so excited. Well after a year and half of hell at this place she moved out. I will find a way to contact a adult not a kid or someone who thinks they are adults. Parties, trash, vomit on walls, urine in elevator, really can't say enough bad stuff about this place.

If you want a terrible living experience then go right ahead! The staff is retarded and refuses to help.

STAY AWAY! This has been such a terrible place to live for the past year. All the management cares about is your money, and they will find any excuse to get more of it. They will randomly charge you for bogus "utility overages" and find other breaches in your contract to further dip into your wallet. The maintenance is horrible, it took 4 weeks for someone to come out and replace the lights in our kitchen. The building materials are all sub-par, the furniture is cheap, the carpet probably cost $20 for the entire house. I honestly cannot wait for my lease to be up so i can move out of this nightmare. If you're into partying, have loads of money to blow, and don't care about good service as a resident, then this may be the place for you! Otherwise, choose elsewhere.

Worst place I have ever lived. Only 30 guest spots and will tow guests if not parked. Over hundreds of residents. Loud and obnoxious. Management has NO clue what they're doing. Just run.

ABSOLUTELY AWFUL PLACE!! This place is TERRIBLE. Awful management, maintenance is always months late on your request, never have lighting because of it, cable is in and out and wont allow to switch other companies, rent is extremely over priced for what you get, amenities are either no longer available or off limits, gym has been broken for about 6 months, management refuses to listen to your complaints, no guests after 10pm, valet trash is supposed to come daily but i constantly have a pile of trash outside my door, and many more.. Id honestly rather be homeless than live here.
