I loved the pictures that I saw online so I made two separate appointments. One for the fireflies picture and th other for the doll cake. The fireflies photo shoot went really well and I was so excited to see the pictures. When I got the link I downloaded it exactly how the instructions tell you to. Sadly my pictures were pixilated. I was using the pictures from the fireflies photo shoot for invitations for my daughters first birthday party. I tried to have the invitations with a picture from the photo shoot printed but they said there was an issue with the quality. I sent the invitation to three other places to be printed and had the same issue. I contacted the owner via Facebook and email multiple times. Every time the response was that I downloaded them wrong and there is nothing wrong with the pictures. So I downloaded them again and even had a friend download them just Incase it was my computer. After everything the quality of the pictures was the same. I contacted the owner again and was told she would send me a flash drive with the pictures on it and asked for my address. I gave her all of my information but never received the flash drive. I ended up canceling the dollcake session and lost my down payment. Oh well better than wasting money on crappy quality pictures after spending hundreds of dollars.
