Do NOT purchase your AT&T cell phone or supplies from this store. The store is under new management and the service is horrendous. I waited 3 hours to finalize the purchase of my new phone and a Jabra hands free speaker. In the interim, the manager (Neal) pushed me aside on two occasions to wait on other irate customers. Once the deal was finalized, Neal had the audacity to ask me to be sure to provide a high rating when I received my customer service critique.

To add insult to injury, the speaker I purchased was defective and when I attempted to return it (in the original box along with a receipt), I was told I was unable to do so because I was 1 week beyond the supposed 2-week return period. I asked Neal to contact his district manager which was done and I overheard the district manager say “just give her the “freakin” return but charge her a restocking fee. I asked to speak to the district manager and Neal refused to allow me to do so.

The best way to describe this store is sleazy. If you decide to go there, you will notice there are no prices listed on any of the phone accessories. The reason for this is that Neal will decide how much he wants to rip you off in the event you decide to purchase an accessory. While I was waiting to return my speaker (which took an hour to do so), I pulled up the same speaker on two web sites, Walmart and Amazon , and learned the speaker price was $49.99, but Neal “gave me a deal” and only charged $69.99.

Also, if you need technical assistance for your phone, do not rely on the employees at this store. They are clueless. I contacted AT&T tech support and they were wonderful. I plan to send a complaint to the Better Business Bureau as well as AT&T to share my concerns about this store.
