My husband is amazing and has spent a ridiculous amount of money on me at multiple Fred Meyer Jewelry stores and always had the BEST service from Spokane to Richland! Until weoved to Kennewick and continued business with this branch! All encounters and business doings have been utterly disgusting. I purchased a wedding band for my husband on special order And never received a call to be notified of its arrival! I had to call and hold over 10 minutes while they "checked" to see if it was there. I took my wedding set in for maintenance on a chipped stone and waited over 2 weeks for it to be fixed. Any woman knows how terrible this feels. They told me at drop off that even if they had to order the stone for replacemt it would be done by...of course that was not the case when I once Again had to call on that day to see of it was finished. They had not yet even ordered the stone! What??? Are you kidding me? After calls were made to corporate And talking to Theresa the manager, the only reconciliation offered was an apology and a guarantee that this is not the way her store is normally run. So giving the manager and staff the benefit of the doubt, I bring in my 6 plus rings and a pair of emerald earrings that I'm too terrified to wear due to the crazy price my husband paid for the 6 month check. And wouldn't you know it, they are missing a stone that is of course not covered by the diamond bond or the additional lifetime care plan purchased! Now if I lost an earring back, that's covered! I said just return them, over $500 for a pair of earrings only worn twice and already missing stones is not something I'm interested in owning. Can't return them but hey we'll give you another pair since its been less than a year since you've bought them. Why would I want to keep $500 in my jewelry box collecting dust? I will drive over 20 miles to the store on Wellsian way in Richland from now on to receive the kind of service you would expect from a quality establishment! I would highly recommend the Richland store to anyone and everyone and discourage you from experiencing the terrible service and confusion I've suffered at the Kennewick store on 10th ave!!!
