I am leaving a one star review only because it goes towards the only person who gave great customer servic. in comparison with everyone else. I was so excited about getting a car here until they put me in with a financial advisor who kept trying to persuade me to buy a warranty on the car. He popped my bubble of excitement and happiness for purchasing the car. I clearly said no thanks 3-4 times until he got upset and mad and finally stopped.

The next day, I went in to give my down payment for the car and waited my turn for a lady who was going to let me sign for my last papers. She seemed nice at first glance as my first impression of her was greeting an older white lady who was about to do the same thing I came in for. Finally, it was my turn. She approached me and walked me to the office. I was expecting a hand shake and introduction only to recieve very unprofessional manners and snobbiness. I thought I would be treated with the same customer service as I had saw the older lady recieve. Thinking about this all only makes me want to return the car and never do business with them ever again.
