Do NOT consign your items to this consignment store especially if you are going to be leaving the area because you will never get your money!!! The owners are dishonest and have no integrity! I consigned a number of items to this store last January and February 2015. To date, I never received a payment from the store after many emails and unanswered calls. I did receive one email dated 6/12/15 stating a settlement check in the amount of $78.40 for items sold up to end of May would be processed and mailed out 6/12/15. I never received a check or a response to my follow up emails and calls. I plan to report this shop to the Better Business Bureau and the local business community in Downtown Kennewick, WA.

Absolutely love this shop! My Mom an I make it our first stop when we're out treasure hunting. Excellent customer service an pricing!

I agree with the message below. I had them sell the items in my Dad and Moms house after I had to move them closer to me due to health reasons. The items that did not sell went to their Store and they were going to put Items on Ebay through their store. Three of the item were family air looms but were hand signed or stamped. I drove 4 1/2 hours to pick the items up "it was my 2nd trip" The owner was wrapping them up as they were fragile and put them on the counter and was distracted and someone else walked out the door with my items. Several e-mails and they basically shrugged their shoulders. I drove 4 and 1/2 hours each way for nothing. Good will would have respected the item more than this store. Two years later and I am still up set! unbelievable!!!!!!!!

I would not recommend consigning your items to this second hand store if you are going to be leaving town. My husband consigned a number of items to this store when we relocated, we received one payment from the store after many emails and unanswered telephone calls. Unfortunately it has stopped there. They do not return your telephone calls, nor do they answer your emails. So you might as well give your items to people you know.
