Eric was awesome, and the customer service guy Andrew was one of the most helpful people and very knowledgeable.

bought a table for christmas gift. 11/3/07. received table 11/20/07. few day later table cracked down middle. after several attempt to contact someone. was told a tech would have to come out to look. I refused this offer I want a replacement. Getting nowhere till a supervise call me and did offer to replace. set new delivery date for 12/22/07. received call the previous night to cancel due to damaged in shipping. this is the second time this has happened. last time was when table cracked down middle. now almost 2 months later is no deliver date set for new table, Ashley will not refund my money. Don't not shop at Ashley furniture!!!!!!!!!!!!! bad business to deal with.

I recently purchased quite an expensive living room set at Ashley here in Kenosha. Later I learned that they have a no return policy. No returns on anything, ever, for any reason. This is opposed to Steinhafel's 30 day happiness guarantee. I will never purchase from Ashley again. All they're interested in is moving furniture out of their showroom. Any follow-up customer care is not their concern. The manager and desk staff's attitude was, "Whatever". Silly of them, as I'm furnishing my new four bedroom home.
