My daughter and I went to California Nails last night which was our 2nd visit there. They are fantastic. The did an excellent job on our toenails (pedicure). I would recommend them to everyone. I will continue to go there for my foot care.

Worst nail shop ever! I waited 30 minutes for a pedicure and was finally put in a pedicure chair just to sit my feet in a tub with no water for 30 more minutes. Finally some buff Asian guy came and was really rough. He literally tore the cuticle off my toes! I told him what he was doing was painful but he continued the same technique. I asked him to trim my toe nails and he cut them down to nubs! I will never ever go back to this place again!

I didn't enjoy getting my nails done at this establishment what so ever. I like my nails short enough so I can work (bartender). When I asked the man to make them a little shorter, he tried convincing me to keep them the length on how he had them. The customer should get what they want, without questions asked. The man also tried forcing me into a design on my nails. I wanted a french tip but he kept on insisting I get a design. After it was all said and done, I looked them over, and they looked horrible. The french tip was uneven throughout all of my fingers and the gel that he had put on didn't even look natural. Three days later, four of them had broken off completely. I went back to talk about the issue(s) and all they had to say was, "There is always next time." I was in shock. I will never go there again, nor will I recommend this place.

Its a good place to go to if you are in need of fast service without an appointment. I cannot understand what they are saying half the time but for less than $25 I get a quick pedi and refreshed feet.

I wouldn't go to this place again if you paid me. I have very thin nails and I tell everyone who works on me this. This place put so thick acrylic on it took forever to sand it down. On top of that, they sanded so much that they sanded into my nail bed itself! Painful. And all they did was say sorry. I had to stop them, as they were going to continue with the process. I had to wait 2 months for that to grow out before I could have nails put back on. Needless to say, I was then a little gun-shy about the whole process again. But just be very careful with this place.
