I have never been treated so poorly by anyone as I did by Colleen Denninger. I called Colleen to report an issue that I had with one of her agents. Background on the situation: I signed a rental lease with one of their properties and was scheduled to pay security deposit on our final walkthrough. Well apparently the agent thought we were no longer interested in gave the property to someone else even though we signed the lease. Colleen's answer was since no monies were exchanged then the lease was not legal. Throughout the conversation she was extremely rude and didn't seem to care the mistake her office made. At one point she even commented that after she got off the phone with me, she was going to forget about our conversation. When I asked for her license number to report her to the Kenosha Board of Realtors, she said no that I was crazy and I should just look it up online. I will make sure to tell everyone how horrible this office was.
