We live about mid-way between the Gurnee, IL Cracker Barrel and the Kenosha, WI Cracker Barrel and always go to the one in Kenosha. Why? The employees at the Gurnee location seem like they're bothered to help you and we wait much longer for our food there. The Kenosha location is so much better--the employees are all very friendly, the managers we've talked to about the great service are very professional, the restroom is always spotless and our food arrives much faster here. It's always cooked correctly and an added bonus is that you can get sourdough rolls at this location. They are very good and a manager explained that they can offer them because their location has one of the largest storage areas in their kitchen. Definitely recommend!!!!
