All I needed to two data lines run back to the server room 50 feet away from an office. The wall jacks used were broken, the jacks used did not match my patch panel, the ports were numbered wrong, and they didn't put all the screws back in the patch panel. Once the work was done the technician just left without letting me know. I tried to work with them to lower the cost of the service but instead they just didn't get back to me at all and then charged me a late fee for not paying the invoice. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE.
