I have been going to Jim's aquarium for over 30 years. They are kind, knowledgeable, and I trust them. They have gone above and beyond a small pet shop business, they treat you like family!

Friend brought home two sick guinea pigs, both ended up dying, and I thought it was a fluke. A few months later, I brought home two guinea pigs that they ordered from a breeder, and it's not even been two weeks, and I've spent $800 on emergency services, trying to save one's poor little life. Inbred, deformed jaw, lack of nutrition, she can't eat. Will never go there ever again.

Very friendly and helpful when asked questions. We love this pet store.
