John gave us the quote up front, and when it came time to pay the bill, there were no unexpected charges. They are very professional and polite. When they left, after putting in both a new furnace and A/C unit, it was all cleaned up and everything put back in it's place. It didn't even look like anyone had been at our house except for the new units!! Thank you again Peterson Heating & Cooling, we will keep recommending you!!
