Jeff was very pleasant to have over, i expressed my concerns and what i wanted when replacing my furnace and air conditioner in a house i just bought. Jeff’s promptness on the day of the appointment was impeccable, and took the extra time in discussing the options I had in making the most energy efficient system available for me. When I had a problem with the new system after installment, even thought it was late at night Jeff came over and fixed the problem on the spot. I come to find out that mice love A/C wires which caused my A/C to fail and resulting in him to make a late-night visit without any complaints. I now rely on jeff for all my heating and cooling needs. And as a veteran of the military he has a great attention to detail and compassion needed in this business.

Jeff went more than out of his way to work around my schedule. Very professional. No surprises, no bull. I'd absolutely recommend him to anyone needing his services. You will not be disappointed.

I used polar bear heating and air-conditioning to service my AC and Heater, Jeff was very friendly and didn't mind that I was standing right there while he was working. He answered all my questions very throughly. He did a outstanding and wonderful job! Jeff cleaned up everything after himself! He has been doing heating and ac for 11 years in the area and just started his own heating /air conditioning business this year. His prices are very good! Don't hesitate give him a call!

This company was referred to me and after my last experience with another heating and air conditioning company that I had service my air conditioner just last year, I was glad to try someone else. Jeff, the technician and owner, was very polite, courteous and had no problem with me asking questions. Some service guys seems to act a little put out if a woman asks them questions, but ladies, not this guy. He answered any questions I had and didn't make me feel like I was wasting his time. When I had called he gave me an estimated time that he thought he could be here by and when he was running a little later than planned, as we all well know this can very well happen, because he was on another job, he didn't just leave us hanging and waiting, he called to let us know. Very considerate. We were very pleased with his work and couldn't have been happier with the price. Nowhere near what I expected coming from a heating and air conditioning company. Another thing I like about this company was the coupons. I know most companies offer them, but they are usually only good for 30, 60 or 90 days. These are good through the end of December. Another bonus. People will jump to complain, but fall short on handing out complements, so I try and do so when deserved. We couldn't be more pleased with him, the service, or the price. This will now be the company we use from now on for our air conditioner and any furnace work we may need. Plus, he does water heaters as well. What more could you ask for. I will not be losing this company card. Give him shot, you won't be disappointed.

It's the only company I would use for now on. The professionalism of team was woderful! They not only did a quick job of installing the new furnace an removing the old one, they were extremely courteous, and answered any questions that we had, and left absolutely no mess! I am quite confident that we went to the right company.

The customer service, attitude, pricing an honesty of the company has been un paralleled. A furnace can be purchased from anyone. I don't know of another contractor that will do a better job.
