this special man,with incredibly short notice, got me my son back!!!!! from a bs tro my sons mother filed against me for child abuse!!!!! WHILE it was already ordered that i have primary placement!!!! her 3 allegations were absurd!!!! i mean it was kind of a slam dunk case!!! even the appointed guardian ad-litem was like this is bs and requested that it be thrown out!!!! now i have retained him for my ex-parte order and motion to midify an existing order for custody. i am incredibly confident that,with mr.sfasciotti representing me, this will all go my way and i will get permanent primary placement of my son!!!!!! his life is on the line and if anyone can do it, i believe that mr.sfasciotti is the best person to go with!!!!! i love this man and he will always be in both mine and my family's hearts!!!!!!!

I message a few divorce attorney because I'm in tough place. I have some evidence about my wife having a "strong" relationship with someone (the "old" friend type) and asked Mr Sfasciotti for some advice and basically was expecting him to (like all the other lawyers) to tell me to make an appointment to talk more about the issue I'm encountering. here is the email I received from him :



"In all due respects, your question is ridiculous.

Do you really think that's all I need to know in order to give you advice? I would need more info about, say, the length of marriage, age of children, what the two of you do outside the home, your work schedule, etc. In the meantime the response to a ridiculous quetion should only be a ridiculous answer: hire a private investigator.

I think with that kind of attitude, (I could not not share it with you) you should not hire someone like that... This is unacceptable.



If you are reading this, I guess you are in the same situation, I'm sure you know how I feel now.
