Horrible rental verification! I was denied because I won a court case where the landlord tried to illegally evict me. The case was dismissed with prejudice and I was awarded a cash settlement. Have the paperwork and name and phone number of lawyer to prove it . The lady I spoke with, Patricia, said and I quote " That means you have a bad rental history and we can't rent to you"

So I asked so your holding a previous landlords illegal actions against me even thou a court of law sided with me?

Patricia then stated my credit score was 2 point lower than they allow but refused to tell me what credit score they accepted!
