I would not use this organization at all!! The quality of people they employ is appalling. Not only did it just make more work for us on a lot of occasions but there was even a time that the person they sent us did something that could have caused harm to our disabled child. We were misled and lied to on many occasions by the owner Carly Larson and her helper Michelle Jensen. They refuse to answer questions in regards to billing which makes you believe they’re billing practices are suspect. You can never get a hold of anyone when you call. (even their employees have told us that) We had people not even show up to our house when they were scheduled to work. Once the owner even yelled at my wife cause the school bus was running late to drop off our son and Caring Hearts employee had to wait. (and this was during winter months) REALY?

I would stay away from this organization if you care about your loved ones. And if you are using them now I would seek alternatives.
