I have gone to their pet wash twice. Both times were a disappointment. The first time I took my small dog and the sink was a mess. Spent money to clean it, the water got cold during the rinse. I thought sometimes things happen. The second time I was there, sink was filthy, the person before me didn't clean up the sink or the pile their dog left on the floor and the water was ice cold the whole time. I went to tell someone about it after putting ten buck in the thing and I was told someone would be right with me. After waiting a while I left. I've lost twenty bucks in two trips in a wash that wants me to bathe my pet in iced cold water.
