I've been to several skydiving places and this one was by far the worst. Our reservation was for 9:30am and we didn't jump until 4:30pm, on a beautiful sunny day with no weather delays and not that many other people. They're just that slow and inefficient. They also gave us no information about how long the wait would be and we just sat around all day. They were unresponsive and the boss was rude and dismissive when we complained. He acted like this kind of delay for no reason was the norm for their company, so that should tell you something. The plane was also extremely uncomfortable (way worse than any of the other places I've been to) and it had mechanical problems right after we finished. Definitely go somewhere else!
