Prices way too high. check with other plumbers could of done my work at least 30 percent cheaper

Was recommended by my home builder. But after having them repair a faucet I will never use them again and have told the home builder about there poor recommendation.

horrible service and high pricing. Tech over charged by 30 minutes. would never use them again or recommend them.

work done was fine but worker spent a lot of time "diagnosing", "doing diagnostics". Job was billed by quarter of hour. Wrote that he arrived 10 min sooner than he really did. Then spent 10-12 min writing bill. Was charged for 2 hrs, work was done in 1 1/2 or less. Manager is looking at bill but 2 weeks later have heard nothing.

I called them in the evening and let a message.They returned my call the next morning by 9 AM. They managed to fit my appointment in the same day and the cost was reasonable. They arrived in the two hour time window that they set, and after the technician saw the problem, he went straight to work and unclogged my tub drain. He even volunteered to clean the tub. Great service. Fair Price. Would definitely recommend.

Acker and Sons service department scheduled a fast appointment, service tech was clean and had all the parts necessary to correct my problem. I ordered a new faucet from Brian Gallahan. He let me know when the parts arrived and scheduled an appointment to install. Service was wonderful, pricing was fair. WILL USE AGAIN

The service tech. did a great job and was very courteous. Brian Gallahan, the service manager, was very helpful. I would highly recommend this company.
