The owner (I believe) does not have enough experience with the Japanese hair straightening system. He was quoted in the in Washingtonian.com (the article thermal Straightening ) that he had straightened 100 heads. By the way no one knows if this info is correct because he showed me no proof when I asked about his experience. Now you are right, I should have stopped, but no I paid the $500 dollars and seven days later I was very very very disappointed. For three months, my hair shedded all over the place and I was even able to collect a zip lock bag of my hair. I know the experience or professionalism is lacking at this beauty salon because when I went back to the salon for advice from the owner. He charged me for a protein conditioner and we discussed the shedding he really had no answer for why which means to me no professionalism or no experience.
