Went to have a wool sweater cleaned, they said it would be $ 10.00… Not a big deal.

Went to pick it up a few days later, the man couldn’t find it finally finds it, wanted to charge me $12.50...Ok fine not was I was thinking, but fine. I give the man my card and he ends up charging me $120.50 instead of $12.50, ok everyone makes mistakes, just put the money back on my card. Well he says he doesn’t know how, says come back tomorrow we will put it back on. I call him when I get home because I notice my “clean sweater” is still covered with dog hair. He says he will call his merchants and have the money put back on the card. He calls me back 10 minutes later says the money was put back on the card. Money was never put back on card, waited four more days… money still was not back on card. Cleaners stop taking my calls won’t pick up the phone. I go to my bank, and they look in their computers to see if anything was put on my account… nothing. Call non emergency police number… they can’t do anything. I will have to go back tomorrow and try to get cash or something, what a pain. DO NOT USE THEM, unless you want to get over charged for your still dirty clothes. I will be calling the better business beaurue! In the meantime I may bounce a check due to their incompetency.
