We analyze recent and current residential market information to develop a current opinion of the value of a property. The appraisal process results in written report that is provided to you. The process can include an interior viewing, exterior only viewing, and in some cases can be completed without physically viewing the property. There are many uses or reasons to want to know the market value, however, if you would like an appraisal to borrow from a lender/bank, it is almost certain the lender/bank will be required to choose an appraiser from their list who they know to be independent, objective, and unbiased.
