Notice their trend - always commenting after they're towed for improper parking!
Know the rules before parking somewhere you're not supposed to!
Blame yourselves for not paying attention and quit taking it out on the tow company!
Follow the money to see who hired them, THEN BLAME THE OTHER PLACE!

I call AAA, my car had a flat tire. It was 3hour befor they got to my car. I ask to check the spare tire and if it was good to put it on the car. They put it on but it was flat and they would NOT put air in the tire. then he said he would NOT take aaa and to pay $65 or he would take the car.

These people almost ran me over trying to take my car out of my friends parking lot. And then charged me $45 not to tow my car. I was in my car leaving and they blocked me in and then refused to move. A guy jumped out of the car with wheelie blocks and said I had to pay a hookup fee. If i cared I would file charges against them and the country. These people are horrible. Stay far away.

My was car was being towed one night from my friends house and I came outside to tell them that I would move it. I offered them money to not tow my car that had not even left the ground, and they told me that they were going to tow it anyway. the manager was at the scene and never confronted me and told me what my options were. She never even told me that there was a 45 dollar fee to not tow my car from the scene. They just wanted to charge me the full rate so they towed it without giving me any information about prices, payment methods, where they were located, I GOT NOTHING but a fee for over $100 to get my car out of the impound. I have filled out a police report and reported them to the Better Buisness Bureau. I would suggest never doing buisness with this company!
