I wish I could leave less than one star! The only reason they can say "Designed for students in mind" is because they can get away with things with students that any other normal apartment property would never be able to. If you have any sort of problem that needs management's attention, you are completely out of luck. The staff is rude and lazy. They invent rules whenever it is convenient for them at the time and apply them unevenly. I would recommend any other apartments except for them. I'm so glad I no longer live there.

Eagle's Landing is the most unorganized, ill equipped staff on the planet. God help you if anything breaks in your apartment because they will "send" someone out to fix it after a couple weeks and it will STILL be broken. And if you need to call the office for something I recommend calling about 7 different times so that you can hear a different answer from each person that answers the phone and then decide for yourself what you are and are not allowed to do. My boyfriend was coming up for the weekend to help me move out, and I called ahead of time to make sure that parking for Friday nights here was okay. The manager Chris informed me that Friday nights are considered the weekend and that it would be fine for him to park here no question asked. Upon my boyfriend parking here on Friday night we woke up Saturaday morning and his truck was gone. It was towed at 11:48. 12 MINUTES BEFORE IT WAS OFFICIALLY SATURDAY. He paid $160 for something we were assured would be following the rules and be fine for. I have had nothing but horrible experiences with this crooked awful run down complex and so has most of the people that I have talked to. They never plow the snow, and when they do they form a barrier around your car making it impossible to back out of a spot (IF YOU WERE LUCKY ENOUGH TO FIND A SPOT IN THE FIRST PLACE.) I am graduating from Kent State on May 7th. If I had to stay here any longer I would be homeless before I lived here again. I thought it was a cheap place to live so that it would be alright but for the absolutely disgusting and horrible service here it isn't worth them paying you to live there. The only reason I gave this complex one star is because you are required to give it at least one. In my opinion this complex isn't worth 1/100th of a star.
