Absolute worst experience I have ever encountered when renting a home. So many issues with the house and were never taken care of in a timely manner; had to repeatedly call, leave voice mails, e-mails etc. Had the lease signed for the following semester but they had rented the home to another group of people right under our feet. Claim that the lease wasn't "official". Jack himself has never shown any management skills, extremely unprofessional staff in the Kent office- extremely unorganized- lost the application papers and claimed we never turned them in. House is extremely over priced for the quality. I would ever ever recommend going through this realty.

Moneypenny is a slum lord and should be ashamed of himself, the apartment buildings that he owns are filthy and disgusting! The building is never cleaned and smells like garbage all the time. The people in this building are allowed to do whatever they please, because no one ever checks up on the building. Tenants walk around the hallways in their under garments, they smoke cigarettes, cigars, and pot in the hallways, there are bugs everywhere, tenants leave their trash in the halls for weeks at a time, there are always cups and beer cans still half full on the floor and on the window sills, and people have parties in the hallways late into the night. He will try and take you for all your money. The apartments are not reasonable considering the conditions. I WOULD NOT recommend anyone live in any of his buildings, unless you like living in a dumpster for $450 a month plus utilities. Oh and on top of that there is no parking and you cannot buy parking in the area!
