I have gone there several times to get polos and hats for my Pony Club Riding Center as well as Kent State clothes for both my daughters, and I had a great time picking out the shirts and creating an idea of what I wanted. The employees talked me through the process of how they would be made and met the deadline that I needed them by, (which didn't give them much time). There are other monograming stores in the area that I have used before going to the dragonfly, and I prefer this store not just because of the quality of clothing, but for the atmosphere of the store and the service the employees give. Sometimes you go into a store and you are treated like one customer out of a hundred. The service may not be bad, but it's not memorable either. Whenever I order shirts from this store they act happy that I am buying from them and seem as excited to create my order and see the final product as I am. I really like that because it makes me feel more excited as well. So far, the clothes are a good quality and the glittery words on one of the kent sweat shirts has stayed like new through it's washes and some tough wearing in the barn. All in all, As long as they have the same quality of service and monogramming I don't feel the need to go anywhere else. Its a great place.
