We are conveniently located in the East Hill area of Kent in historic Harmony House. We offer a warm inviting professional setting. Our therapists are experienced with techniques ranging from relaxing gentle Swedish Massage to Deep Tissue. The typical massage will be a blend of several modalities to treat your exact needs. Its common for us to see clients who are seeking relief from painful soft tissue injuries due to auto accidents, headaches, back and neck pain, pregnancy related aches and pains, repetitive stress injuries and more. If you just need an escape from the world outside for an hour we can help with that too. At Balance Massage & Body Treatments we see value in the simple act of relaxation and taking time to just breath. You will find that even when working with injuries, we strive to add a relaxation component to your time with us. We deliver a massage that is a fusion of Swedish, Lomi Lomi, Deep Tissue, Myofascial work. When appropriate we may incorporate heat, ice, paraffin, heated stones or shells and aroma therapy.
