I HAVE ONLY PRAISE FOR THE GREAT JOB DONE. THE ONLY THING IS WE DON'T KNOW HOW THE INSTALL TEAM LIKED MY HOME COOKING I SENT HOME WITH THEM.

They do not answer calls. We tried calling them for months, but they either would not pick up, would not respond to messages, or could not find anyone responsible to answer the call.

They did not finish the job. Their offices seem to have been vacated. We can't find them anymore.

when i called and was upset one of the owners came with 2 fellows to show me how to lock my sliding glass door and how to remove my windows. However i was told on the finish work they would attach wires they took down to install my 1st part of my wonderful windows. thank you i have told everyone about you and will continue to do so.

had leak in one window, not related to install workmanship- Install crew returned promptly the next day. Owner Randy came by during install and during follow up visit. Appreciate the promptness and follow up

Everyone we have had contact with has been fantastic! Our project had some unique challenges, to say the least, and the guys handled everything with such professionalism. All of our questions were taken with respect and they made sure they answered and addressed all of our concerns. We especially appreciate them taking the time to get the job done right! one window that was installed was cracked. it has been a week and I don't know the status! I think I should have been called to be informed on when new window will be installed
