I called these people last week to make an appointment for them to come out and give me a bid for preventative maintenance they made an appointment with me for Wednesday morning at 10am at 1 oclock the guy called and said he just got out of a meeting and he needed to reschedule for the following day and he would be here between 830-900 am by noon the guy still hadn't shown up and I got no call when I called the company the man that answered the phone had no record of anyone having an appointment with me but told me he would look into it and get back to me it is now Monday and I have had no return phone call. I have no idea how these places stay in business
