Provided by YP.comI am not an adult, but when i went to the Kent clinic with outdated info(only found out when i was told by the woman at the front desk). She told me in an almost understandable way. I Believe even Teenager's plasma is as good as adults. if CSL Plasma let teenagers age 17 at the least donate with consent from a parent, couldn't we save a ton more lives? i mean it would be nice to donate plasma and know that i'm saving lives a lot more often than i would blood. even if i wasn't paid, i'd still be happy knowing that i'm helping save lives. But, unfortunately, CSL doesn't do that, and i'm not sure they ever will or if they ever did.

Provided by YP.comI called first to inquire about giving blood. I was told that I could bring in some things to prove that I am who I said I was (paperwork, id) and they would set me up. I went in about 5pm and they close at 6pm. They said it takes 2 to 3 hours the first time to get set up. They said my paperwork needed poststamps from the postoffice on it and that my SS# paperwork needed to say SS# on it. That was fine. What was not fine was the attitude. It would have been nice to be met with a nice friendly face at the front counter instead of a gestapo receptionist. I will go back with my new paperwork, but I am hesitant. The guy on the phone sounded friendly. Please people....can we all try to be friendly to each other? I looked around when I was in there. There were about 2 to 3 clients/customers in there at the time. It looked clean, but I believe they could make an effort to make it a more friendly place to go.
