My own service experience with DSL Northwest was terrible. I purchased a Taylor machine from DSL and I had them service it on two different occasions. In my personal opinion their workmanship was very poor and their warranty was worthless. I was also charged twice for the same bill on two separate cards, one of them without my knowledge or authorization. I would not recommend using them for any equipment repairs. You would be better off calling your local refrigeration company. If you must deal with them, I would not pay cash or you will be left with no recourse.
