Working at Ernies is a joke. If you do illegal substances or have a criminal backround I would suggest applying here! Thry dont do backround checks but do send you to get a pee test done. You can bring in fake pee. They do not check your belongings. This company just does pee test to make the company look good. If applying in kent beware of the assistant manager. She will ither like you or hate you. If you make her mad once or dont catch on in the first hour she will fire you. Most people dont make it past the first day of training. Interviews are also pointless. No need to stress. They asked you little questions...maybe thats why there termination rate is so high. Personally I would take the time to do a good interview and not waste time and money. Other than that the business is ok. People can be rude and disrespectful. No over night parking unless you get fuel. No if's and or but's about it. Its overall a clean place.
