The owners have fired the park manager in question and it's back to being very nice place to live. Views of Mt Rainier and the lake are spectacular and the neighbors are friendly, watchful and kind. Only for those 55 +.

Looking for a mobile park in which to rent. I talked to this manager. I'm glad I'm not the only one to be completely turned off by my encounter with Mrs. Gere. Talked to several current residents who have lived there awile. I sense their fear and dissatisfaction. I'd reccomend oher parks in the Kent and Auburn areas.

Beautiful setting, but Lake Meridian Estates manager has been taken to court for harrassment of residents.
