Midway has a new manager { Mr JB ] who has long experience with the mobile home industry. Midway also has RV tenants and Mr JB is increasing skills in both these areas. While the manager is part-time at Midway - he also covers other sites and hence is in and out of the Park. During normal weekday hours he is always available via cell phone, texting, email, putting a note in the slot of the office door, Hence, he is readily available. This park is a dive. The owners want nothing to do with helping the residents or caring for the park. It's all about profit for them.
