One of the most unprofessional companies I have ever seen, my original loan officer told me that she was taking a leave of absence because of family reasons then I find out that she had another job with another company. I'm not sure if she used her family to make me feel sorry for her but it worked and if she was telling me the truth I will never know. So they put me with I believe her assistant Carlyn who would not return my emails and her answer for that was that she is new and that she didn’t have any information to give me. Ok, even if you don’t have any new information ignoring a client and not at least letting them know you’re still working on it would have been the right move. I was in the dark during the whole process and have recently gone through a divorce so they made a stressful year so much worse. All the way down to the day I was supposed to move in I was still unsure of what was going on. I did end up moving in on time and heard a million sorry’s but those don’t mean anything to me, sorry is just a space-filler for companies like this.

Everyone was super nice and with all their help, I got a very nice house. Thank you very much.

Hey Everyone, New home owner here! I would like to thank Brian Nguyen and Steve Brandeen at First Security Financial, Corp for the work they did that led to homeownership. They did a great job of helping me lock in a low interest rate and securing funding for my new beautiful home. It took a year to find the home that satisfied my requirements and it also took some luck to find the correct people to do my loan. My agent recommended his usual loan officer who I initially allowed to pull my credit and to process my loan. My girlfriend and I basically knew nothing about what was involved with buying a home so we thought we were getting a great deal...we were terribly wrong. We were advised by some of our friends to compare interest rates before committing ourselves to our only offer. Brian and Steve provided a rate that easily beat out three other competitors so we were confident we made the right decision. If you're still undecided or have yet to choose a loan officer I recommend you give Brian and Steve a call. I can guarantee they will find you a better rate. Tom Boltz and I have done business together for quite some time and I highly recommend him as a loan officer. His work ethic, service to our mutual customers and professionalism are all excellent. In addition to being knowledgeable about his own domain he's been a good source of referrals when the occasional request falls outside of his own business model. Perhaps most important to me is how someone responds as the inevitable glitch occurs. Tom steps up to the plate and gets it handled without excuses or complaints. He does a great job, day in and day out, and never takes anyone's ongoing business for granted. As a Realtor needing a solid and dependable team to care for my clients, I could not ask for more in a loan officer.
