Very rude on phone. When I said that up to $1,000 for pumping a septic tank seemed a bit high, they said they had better things to do, and hung up.

Recently came to inspect our tank, was to call and make arrangements to come. Didn't reach me and came anyway. When I called and asked them to make arrangements prior to coming as I have dogs who need to be kept in when strangers come. The guy was very rude and hung up on me. Sounded like an old grumpy man. Clearly knows nothing about customer service!

I was very pleased with the level of service from phone call to service provided. I was quoted over the phone and it was lower than any other by $40.00. The service man was prompt and got right to work. He was done in 40 min.He even did extra work (some digging that we missed) and did not charge me. So nice!I will definitely call this company again.
