Listen to me very carefully, this guy sucks. He had my mower all winter on its 4th trip for the same problem and could not fix. Then one of his boys broke the hood on my mower and he would not repair it properly. I got it home and it would not start. I ended up buying a new mower, and will never go back there again.. He sucks to the highest degree... if I could give him minus points on the stars I would.

I have been doing business with Wards for the past two years for both business and personal purchases. I am a very happy customer. I have had positive experiences every time I have visited the store. I have purchased new, brought equipment in for service or just need information on the equipment, I have always left feeling like they did there very best and I was a very happy customer. Thank you Wards for the years of great service and here's to many more. I give you a 5 star all the way.

Went to a bunch of stores looking for a mower part and half of them didn't even know what I was talking about. Kyle knew right off and had the part.

If you like to do business where you can trust the owner and their employees to honor their word then this is not the place you ever want to do business. Not a single thing we were told was true. Not only was the repair we dropped off never fixed after being there for over 4 weeks, when we were finally told when it might be fixed it was 2 more weeks past the time we were told it would be done. And they do not tell you how much it will ever cost, only if it is over $150.00 you will be called? I do not know about anyone else but that is a bit scary. A terrible place to do any kind of business when yo can not trust a mans word. STAY AWAY !!!!

It would really help if you'd post your store hours.
