no matter what time a day I go into the restaurant my food is wrong and I wait forever for it, then get down the road & discover that they screwed up my food yet again. I go in the other day & one of the managers jokes with me about them catching the mess up before it got in my bag

I'm NOT Lovin' It 8(

So sick of going there and getting old, hard, cold food! I'm so dissatisfied with the food and service. I've given it chance after chance to give me fresh food like I payed for, but it seems anymore, that it's Never fresh. It's sad when I'm craving McDonald's and know how good it can be when it's fresh and made right, and then go there only to be let down and totally dissatisfied with what I got almost every time now! Hmm...maybe I'm just going at the wrong times, but if you ask me, nobody should Ever get old, hard, cold food.
