There were signs posted throughout the gas station with various saying, about "Be Kind." However, the customer service lady had a bad attitude, just rude. She was argumentative with one customer. As I approached the counter to check out, I explained I wanted one item vs another. She said, so are you going to put it back? In response, asked her to. She rolled her eyes. I then said, "be kind as your signs say." She then, said, you could be kind and put it back. I thought that was VERY poor customer service, tacky, and lacked respect. I highly suggest they re-train the CSR or remove the signs that encourages and sets the tone and expectation for EVERONE. Unfortunately, the CRS was the only one being unkind. Nor was this my first negative encounter with this employee. (May 17, 2023 at 2:01 pm)
