i been the mechanic at Roxbury foreign car for almost 2 years now and both Heinz and I make sure the work is done right if other issues fall into play when the car needs another repair we contact you. We do not charge as much as the dealer we are fairly priced! We use oem parts from the dealer unless the part isn't available then we will get an aftermarket part. Parts are not cheap for Mercedes your parts will most likey be more then the labor.

He basically charges the same as the dealership to fix your car so there is no financial advantage to using him. Might as well just use the dealership. Plus, he keeps your car for a week to work on it. Dealership gives you your car back the same day no matter how big the job is. You decide.

Heinz is the most honest mechanic doing repairs of Mercedes and other foreign car makes. He will not let the car out of his garage if he finds something that will need attention soon. He explains the risks and costs of doing each repair. He lets the customer decide what he is going to repair.

I would not recommend this car repair shop. Hainz the owner changed our brakes, did not do a good job and he did not stand up to his repair work. No warranty. Plus he charges exhorbitantly. He will fool you. Don't be deceived by his demeanor. Stay far, far away.
