Provided by YP.comThis is the first time that I am writing an online review of any company, but in this case it's warranted. Our busy work lives had finally taken enough of our time that we we're not able to do the deep cleaning as well as the more challenging parts of our housework. We decided to hire some much needed help and were referred to Wednesdays' housekeeping from a pretty reliable source. Before the work began, the manager personally came out to get an overview of our home and to find out what our specific needs were. This is where the good part ends and the bad began and in all honesty it went downhill pretty fast. Starting in fact with the very first cleaning, it was done so poorly that we had to have them come back out and clean up from their housekeeping work. I'm talking smeared mirrors, dusty tables and furniture and an overall lousy cleaning job performed by what was supposed to be a "professional home cleaning service." Thinking that maybe this was an anomaly we had them come back out a few weeks later for another cleaning. This time we paid extra (upfront) to have a few extra details done such as a good dusting and cleaning of the cabinets. Not only were the cabinets not cleaned neither were the furniture, the countertops or the bathrooms. Our grandsons fingerprints were still visible on the glass table-tops with a layer of dust underneath them. Crumbs were still scattered on the countertops from that morning's breakfast toast and on and on, you get the picture. When my wife called and told them that their services would no longer be needed, she was told by the manager that perhaps we needed to utilize a service such as Molly Maids and the manager proceeded to give her their phone number. Really? You're a professional housekeeping service and your employees cannot clean a house so you then you refer your clients to another house cleaning agency? That sounds like a great business model to me! I'll be sure to (not) recommend your company to any of my friends or clients and just maybe we will call Molly Maids. It sounds like they're capable of doing the job that your company is unwilling or incapable of performing!
