This is the worst merchant I have every dealt with. I bought a relining sofa from them. As soon as it arrived the cushioning began to wad up. I called the service department, described the problem, and practically begged them to come look at the problem (I live in in the same town where I bought the sofa). They refused, saying they never went out to look at any of their furniture. I missed four days of work waiting for their repair man to show up. The first two days he didn't show up, the third day he said he couldn't fix the problem, and the fourth day he said he couldn't fix the problem, that the factory had sent the wrong material to fix it. I relayed this message to the service department and they said it wasn't their fault that I didn't understand the retail furniture business - that the retailer never stood behind what they sold - that the manufacturer was responsible for anything that went wrong and that it was my fault that I had bought an inferior product.

after i left here i went to the Greensboro Holden Rd location and made my purchase.

After visiting many furniture stores in the triad the variety and quality at the Holden Rd. location stood out.

Shawn was very helpful in my 2 visits to this store assisting in the selection that would fit my space and needs. Delivery was promptly as scheduled. The couch and loveseat recliner were setup and in good condition on arrival.

we bought a new couch, bed,and a few other things, which I thought the price was sorta high, but didn't want to drive all over nc, so we purchased our merchandise and had it delivered. A month later the couch broke, they wont stand behind the warranty and I've been calling for 4 months now.Went to the store and she said they don't do warranties there that id have to call an offsite number in high point.Shaking my head.still haven't heard anything from anyone.And the salesman told me when I purchased the couch that it was a lane brand couch, the name on it is one I can hardly pronounce and lane it IS NOT!!!!!!! Stay away from these shysters!!!!!!
