These guys are great! Installation was very easy. We have 2 dogs we want to put on the fence but one is a puppy and was too small. No problem at all. We put our female Daschund on who likes to chase squirrels around the neighborhood. We followed the training instructions and she has done great! She hasn't even attempted to cross the fence. Dave brought out the collar for our puppy and he is also doing great with his training. These guys have been phenomenal to work with and now we have no worries about our pups leaving the yard.

We called Dave and he was very prompt in getting to our home, he explained the fence system and we purchased it... 5 years later we still have the fence and our dogs have not wandered anywhere unsafe. Just had our very first in ground dog fencing system added by Triad Dog Fence for our 115lb Great Dane. Dave came out to give us an overview of the system and later a staff member came and installed the product. He was very courteous and polite. He did an excellent job installing the system without making a mess in the yard. We have followed the instructions on training and now feel very comfortable with letting her out to play on her own. She is a much happier pup because of the fencing system.

We cannot live without our Dog Guard system from Triad Dog Fence. Before installation our dogs played more than used the bathroom and ran to the main highway every day. We feared them being run over and having accidents in the house.



Now we can let them out without any doubt that they will be safe and get to enjoy the outdoors with our constant supervision. Our kids too can participate by letting the dogs out and in as needed.



This system is a must have and it is worth every penny of the cost of installation. Without it I would not have any more dogs.

We have been a customer of Dog guard for over 3 yrs now. We were first time users and so was our dog Shelby. Dave was very patient with us and made it easy for all of us. Due to circumstances that had nothing to do with his product or service, we have had Dog Guard out at least 4 times since. We have had our invisible dog fence from Triad Dog Fence for over 2 years. It works great and Dave is very easy to work with. He gave us great instructions on training our dogs to the fence, and when one of them got brave and decided to go through the perimeter, Dave came out assessed the situation and helped us make an adjustment to prevent it from happening again. Now our dogs always stay in the fenced area, even when there are temptations like squirrels, and deer in the woods behind the fence.

I got an invisable fence installed by Dog watch of the triad back in Janurary. Dave came out and walked the yard with me and showed me how everything worked. I told him about my dog and how timid and nervous she was and how i doubted the fence would keep her in. He told me she would not get out so i tried it. I was nervous at first when it was time to let go of that leash but he walked me though every step and and assured me over and over to drop that leash. I finally did and it worked! She did try to leave but she jumped back everytime when the shock hit and at first i didnt trust her so i never left her outside but after a couple of months i gave her a little more room and she was fine she learned her boundries and i learned to trust the fence. She has gotten out once but that was because her collar was too loose. Dave was great the whole way i called him countless times to check to make sure everything was right. I have recently gotten a new dog and i will soon be getting a another reciever I look forward to working with Dave again i would recommend him and Dog watch of the Triad to anyone. I can tell you from my personal experience-- DogWatch’s hidden fence REALLY works!

Our house sits on a 2.6-acre lot adjacent to a golf course. Our four dogs’ favorite thing to do was to run and jump on the golfers. We knew we had to do something about it if we want to continue letting the dogs run freely in the yard. A logical solution is to put up a fence. A traditional fence is not only very expensive (the cheapest quote we got was $9,000), but also obstructs our view! Thus, we decided to give hidden fences a try.

Dave at DogWatch set up the hidden fence around our property line for us. He also showed us how to train the dogs. He was patient and very helpful. I was skeptical at first. We were surprised that our dogs did not cross the line and stayed inside the fence after only a week! To be sure that our dogs would not take off chasing other dogs or cats in the neighborhood, Dave even brought his dog over as an experiment. Our dogs showed curiosity, but didn’t cross the fence at his dog’s presence.

We have been very happy with our invisible fence installed by Dave. He taught us how to train our two dogs, and when one of them decided to start running through the fence, he Dave came back and helped us refit the collars, and added a "stubborn dog" receiver for that particular dog. We haven't had any issues since then. The system is working great for us!

I can't say enought great things about Triad Dog Fence. The staff, Davie & Alex Spain, are great! I had purchased a six week old dog, Penny,(minature Pinscher) and I had been exploring the idea of getting an underground dog fence for the safety of my dog and to avoid embarrassing moments with the neighbors.
