To Eddie H we just found this review a wanted to address the issue We found out the bather was saying and telling client he was the groomer when the owner wasn't here. As soon as that issue was found out he was terminated. We pride ourselves in doing the best job that can be done and what the client wants. If we had known about this situation we would have taken care of it

Love this salon. Kristen is excellent. We have 4 very small dogs and she is so wonderful. Recommend her highly.

Very pleased!! My jack looked amazing, he is so pretty he looks just like a show dog!! She did a great job cutting him, not to mention I love how she trimmed his nails very smooth and short!! Jack will be going back as soon as he needs his next cut!! ☺️☺️

Our pups needed a trim. After getting acquainted with a local lady, she recommended her groomer, Fancy Paws. The folks there seemed genuine. We showed them pictures of the pups CORRECT look. When I arrived to pick them up, I was shocked in 3 ways. 1. Our dogs were almost unrecognizable. They were all cut short and indistinguishable. NOTHING LIKE THE PICTURES THAT WERE SHOWN TO THE OWNER! 2. I arrived to see a young man open a cage and literally throw one of our pups into it. Our guys are easy going and loving. There was no need for such abuse. 3. The price was double of what I pay elsewhere (major city). When I set up the appointment, I was never asked for medical records. That should have been a red flag to me. We will never take our dogs back to Fancy Paws and would advise against others doing so. Our pups have had issues for 2 days, which leads us to believe they were either given bad snacks, picked up a virus or were abused. Good groomers are scarce, which allows FP to exist.
