i have worked at this store since 2010 we are always nice to our customers its a good place to work its a good place to bring your dry cleaning we have reasonable prices we appreciate your business i enjoy working here and helping the public

Disappointed Customer

The rudest customer service one could get. Samantha was incredibly rude to my wife after she attempted 3 times to pick up our dry cleaning. My wife asked me to go pick it up as she now did not want to go back. Wouldn't you know I received to same incredibly rude behavior. When I asked to speak to the manager or owner, she flat out told me, "no". I said I would not pay or leave until I spoke to someone as they needed to know how the customers were being treated. She then called her mother (who works the morning shift) and hollerd, "mom, DEAL with THIS" and handed the phone over the counter. Mom was no help as all she said was, "I'm not there to see whats going on so I can't do anything". The entire time I was on the phone with Mom, Samantha continued to holler to Mom from across the counter. I had to ask her to stop so I could speak to "Mom". When I asked "Mom" for the Owners phone number, she asked to speak to Samantha again who ripped the cordless phone so aggressively from my hand that the back cover to the battery compartment remained in my hand and Samantha with the rest of the phone. All they would give was the owners 1st name of Richard and they said I can just keep calling the store and maybe some day I could catch him. REMINDER to those in the customer service profession. No customers equals no business. No business no job. In the end, the clothes I wear for work on a 6 day work week (sometimes 7) all have to be dry cleaned. Piney Grove Cleaners just lost a valuable customer. Not sure they care though.

The owner of this dry cleaning business is the rudest person I have ever met!! Some of the other employees are extremely nice but she is so rude and disrespectful of customers!! The owner does not speak to the customers, and ignores them half the time they are standing there waiting to pickup their clothes. She doesn't say please or thank you, honestly the worst customer service I have EVER seen! Take your business elsewhere!
