My experience with this company was excellent. My fridge went out after a power surge, and I called and left an after-hour message, got a call back first thing the next morning, and they were at my house by noon fixing the fridge. Honest, friendly, and fast.

They came to fix my dishwasher and left after saying they would call me later that day with the price of a part. They never called me back and when I called the office the lady that answered said she'd tell them to call me. Eventually had to call someone else and I never heard back from them, horrible service.
