I’ve taken two zero-turn mowers to them for repair and they have done a great job on both. The first one wouldn’t start or drive. Repair was quick and everything works now. The second developed the same symptoms so I started taking it apart myself to see if I could fix it. Gave up on that and took it and pieces to him and he repaired and rebuilt it. The mower had a fuel leak as well and the tech found a fuel tank cheaper than I could find one. He ordered it, got it the next day, and mower was repaired the following day. He is extremely competent repairing almost anything with a small engine. I’m not sure why the previous ratings although it may have something to do with their attitude. It takes little to be kind and is usually returned.

Terrible. Do not go here. We dropped off a blower and mower. They told us it would take about a month to get to it to fix. Previously it had taken three months to fix a small mower. We told them we were leaving town and wouldn’t be back for a few months. No problem they said. When we returned they said they sold our stuff. No notice. No call. Rude and obnoxious when we called to pick up. Complete con.

Steer clear of this establishment if you want good service. Took my lawnmower in to be repaired. Knew it was probably bad gas and would need the carb cleaned. Estimated time given when I dropped it off was three weeks. Six weeks later I check on the mower and was told it would be a couple of more weeks. When I brought this up to the tech he said he told the girl to stop saying that. No apology. I picked the mower up today. Asked about the fact it had been 3 times the original estimated time. The girl said "we got behind" once again no apology. Also, I have had this issue before with mowers and power washers. Normally the bill is around $75. This one was over $100. I think I will go back to the repair shop in Bandera next time. Even though it is a 30 minute further drive I can easily pay for the gas with the savings an they always finish before the estimated time given when you drop it off.
